Once you have chosen a property, each tenant will need to complete an application form. The quickest way to do this is to make an appointment to visit or call our office and a member of our team will assist you. It is essential that we see a passport for each person applying for a property.

If it is necessary for you to have a guarantor there will be a separate form for completion by the guarantor. The ID requirement for the guarantor is the same as for the tenant (see above). On applying for a property your fee will become payable. See below for a breakdown.

The application process normally takes 3-4 days, but can vary depending upon how long references take to respond. Please make sure those who you name as references are aware of the need to respond as quickly as possible as lengthy delays can result in you losing the property.
